A site-specific dance party and NYC music history installation at the iconic Parkside Lounge. Capturing the electric, sweat-dripping momentum of the early 2000s indie explosion, this night maps the downtown scene staged in the exact square footage where legendary bands cut their teeth before hitting the world stage. Expect a high-energy DJ set, a crowded floor, and immersive elements capturing a time when the NY music scene felt small and loud. Blur the line between nightlife and an exhibition. The bar is on the ground floor. The performance venue and accessible bathrooms are accessed via a portable ramp (1.5 steps). All tickets are general admission first come first serve, but if you need a seat, to be close to the stage, or will be coming in a wheelchair, please let us know at checkout and we will have a spot reserved for you.  Flashing lights and fog may be used in this performance.
