Join me on Tuesday 6th October for a community yoga class in Steyne Park, overlooking the beautiful waterfront.

6:30am - 7:30am

Watch the sun rise as we move through an energising Vinyasa flow, combining mindful breathing with foundational poses to help you feel grounded, refreshed and ready for the day.

Come solo or with friends and stick around for a coffee together afterwards ☕️

*Tickets are free, but spaces are limited. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking or let me know so your place can be offered to someone else.

Please bring your own mat or towel.

See you in the park! 🌞
