In her latest series, Rebecca Whittemore transforms everyday kitchen scraps into fine art, revealing the unexpected beauty hidden in food waste. Through scanning and enlarging these overlooked remnants, she exposes intricate textures and organic forms that would otherwise go unnoticed.

What the Kitchen Forgets invites us to reconsider our relationship with waste - not as something to discard, but as part of an ongoing cycle of transformation, care, and renewal. 

10% of all sales from this exhibition will be donated to OzHarvest, Ausralia's leading food rescue organisation.
