Join us for a special Meet the Author event at the Wangaratta Library on Sunday 19 April from 11.00am, featuring an incredible LGBTQIA+ author, Darcy Green!
In this engaging panel conversation, the author will share their journey to becoming a published writer, offering insight into the creative process, the challenges and opportunities of writing, and what it means to tell LGBTQIA+ stories as an LGBTQIA+ author.
Moderated by LINE Wangaratta’s Allison Winters, this event will include an audience Q&A where attendees can ask questions, hear behind the scenes stories from the publishing world, and learn more about the power of storytelling and representation.
Whether you are an aspiring writer, a passionate reader, or simply curious about the world of publishing, this is a wonderful opportunity to hear from an inspiring voice in LGBTQIA+ literature.

Darcy is a queer romance author based in Melbourne/Naarm. They love writing joyful queer stories across a variety of genres. Darcy’s favourite authors include Cat Sebastian, KJ Charles, Patrick Lenton, Freya Marske, Chuck Tingle, Jane Austen and Martha Wells.
