Beer & Brisket "Meet the Brewers" Afternoon
Proudly in collaboration with Stoic Brewing Co.
Founders and operators of family-owned south coast brewery Steve and Andrew Prosser will present a selection of 6 delicious Stoic Brewing craft beers, imagined and created at their brewery in Gerringong, NSW.

Drom chef Mike will be serving Deep South-inspired house-smoked brisket, kransky sausage links and pork ribs, charred corn on the cob and homemade cornbread and ‘slaw served with his own signature Jack Daniel’s Bourbon BBQ sauce for an American-style BBQ taste sensation!!
Entertainment will be provided by Captain Ablit and the Bluetrassh performing bluegrass and country covers.
