Event description

SBS and NITV are heading to Adelaide to connect with South Australian screen and media practitioners for a special ‘Meet the Broadcaster’ event.

Presented in partnership with the South Australian Film Corporation (SAFC), this is a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the SBS and NITV commissioning teams across Scripted, Factual, Food & Entertainment, and First Nations content.

The visit includes one-on-one pitch sessions (by application) for eligible practitioners, followed by an evening presentation, Q&A, and networking drinks. For more information and to apply for a pitch session please visit the SAFC website.

One-on-One Pitching Sessions at Adelaide Studios – 11 June SBS and NITV Pitching Guidelines

Applications are open now to South Australian writers, directors and producers to pitch their exciting, original concepts to SBS and NITV commissioners during their visit to Adelaide.

The SAFC will be facilitating a schedule of short, one-on-one pitching sessions at Adelaide Studios during the afternoon of Wednesday 11 June, 2025.

Selected applicants will have 15 minutes to meet with visiting SBS and NITV commissioning teams across Scripted, Factual, Food & Entertainment and First Nations content to pitch their project and discuss their ideas.

Applications are open now until Wednesday 21 May, 2025.
