There are places in this distillery most people never get to see. This Father's Day weekend, we're opening the doors to twenty guests for an afternoon in the barrel house with the man behind the spirit himself, our CEO and Master Distiller, Eddie Brook.

This is a Meet the Maker experience built for those who want the full story, not just the tasting notes. You'll walk the production floor and into the barrel house, hear each cask's story, and taste your way through our core whisky collection guided by Eddie's own perspective on what makes each expression tick.

Then comes the part we don't offer anywhere else: a valinch tasting, drawn straight from single casks in our reserve collection, cask strength, exactly as Eddie tastes it when deciding a whisky is ready. You'll take home a 200ml sample of your own from the Valinch Series - a pour that exists nowhere on our shelves.

Timed just ahead of Father's Day weekend, it's a fitting one to gift or to bring your dad along to.
