The first of our Meet the Maker Dinner Series for 2025 is an exciting one! We have the great pleasure of welcoming Alexis Blondel, Assistant Winemaker of prestigious Champagne House Fleur de Miraval to Australia and we will be hosting an intimate dinner in the private dining room of the Stokehouse in St Kilda.

Champagne Fleur de Miraval is the very first Champagne House exclusively devoted to Rosé Champagne. Formed from the association of the skills of Famille Perrin and the Péters family and the artistic vision of Brad Pitt, Champagne Fleur de Miraval is a creative force that each year gives life to an exclusively rosé edition, always from the blend of mature Chardonnay and young Pinot Noir, in an ultra-limited series of only 20,000 precious bottles.

This dinner will launch the new Petite Fleur de Miraval to Australia and you will also have the opportunity to enjoy the back Vintage Series of ER3 and ER1 in comparison.
