Meet the Maker - Fleur De Miraval with Alexis Blondel

The first of our Meet the Maker Dinner Series for 2025 is an exciting one! We have the great pleasure of welcoming Alexis Blondel, Assistant Winemaker of prestigious Champagne House Fleur de Miraval to Australia and we will be hosting an intimate dinner in the private dining room of Wally's Wine Bar in Albert Park. 

Champagne Fleur de Miraval is the very first Champagne House exclusively devoted to Rosé Champagne. Formed from the association of the skills of Famille Perrin and the Péters family and the artistic vision of Brad Pitt, Champagne Fleur de Miraval is a creative force that each year gives life to an exclusively rosé edition, always from the blend of mature Chardonnay and young Pinot Noir, in an ultra-limited series of only 20,000 precious bottles.

Since their early beginnings, Brad Pitt has been totally committed to creating this Champagne House, which is not just another "celebrity wine," but an authentic project of wine growers combining their expertise, skills and passion. This dinner will launch the new Petite Fleur de Miraval to Australia and you will also have the opportunity to enjoy the back Vintage Series of ER3 and ER1 in comparison.
