Our Carindale store is the first Harry Hartog to open it’s doors in sunny Brisbane! Since opening in June of 2022, we have grown a vibrant community of book lovers of all ages and have connected thousands of readers with their new favourite stories. Our community engages with a variety of exciting events each month, including children’s story-times, author signings and our fantasy book club.

Our team of booksellers are passionate about supporting local authors, and many of our shelves are lined with books written right here in Brisbane. We also love to support Australian creatives and small business, and stock a wide range of unique cards, games, puzzles and gifts.

Visit us to get lost in your new favourite bookstore- but make sure to have a couple hours spare! Pick up your most anticipated new release, thumb through our second-hand shelves, and chat to our booksellers to find a hidden gem. We can’t wait to welcome you!
