Meet Paddy Gilhooly and explore the stories behind the wines, with sommelier Gill Sykes hosting informal Q&A sessions throughout the afternoon.
Begin with oysters and a tasting glass of Grenache Blanc, followed by eight more wines. A generous selection of The Chandlery’s woodfired canapés will accompany the tastings, with dietary requirements catered for.
