Join us for a flavour-packed night with Aaron Mercer, one of the Hunter Valley’s rising winemaking stars, as he brings Mercer Wines to La Disfida for an unforgettable evening of storytelling, sipping and feasting.

You’ll enjoy 8 of Aaron’s wines alongside a stunning 4-course Italian dinner - from crispy zucchini flowers to hearty ossobuco, each dish paired to perfection. Aaron will be there to guide you through his wines, share the stories behind the bottle, and let you in on what makes Mercer tick.
