As part of the Australia HCV Intervention Implementation Symposium series, join the International Network on Health, Hepatitis, and Substance Use (INHSU) for this national webinar exploring innovative models that improve engagement across the hepatitis C (HCV) care cascade.

While highly effective HCV treatment is widely available, challenges remain in reaching people who experience barriers to testing, treatment and ongoing engagement with care. This webinar will showcase two approaches to delivering HCV care in real-world settings- one embedding HCV care within a multidisciplinary homeless health service, and another delivering dedicated nurse-peer-led outreach testing and treatment for people transitioning from correctional settings.

Through practical case studies, speakers will share implementation lessons on improving access to HCV care, strengthening linkage to treatment, and engaging populations who are often underserved by traditional healthcare services. Participants will gain insights into how different models can contribute to Australia's progress towards HCV elimination.
