Meeting the Moon workshop

For girls 7 - 9 years and their mother & mothermentors.

The workshop will give us opportunity for deep connection mothers/aunts/grandmothers/sisters/daughters.

Please know that this workshop is for girls in their joyful wonder a gentle introduction.

A perfect opening discussion to the wonder and joy of the stories around becoming a woman.

Weaving modern and traditional womancraft
Creating ritual and welcome as our wondrous girls transition through this rite of passage into the beginning of womanhood.

Our workshop focus is to Empower your daughter (possibly you to!) to love her cycle To nourish her body & to welcome the next phase of transition.

The workshop will run for 2 hours including light snack and circle time

Sahara Contempree - Empowering Menstrual Educator and Cyclical Consultant My Rhythmic BEing

Sahara is particularly focused on Womxn's Menstrual Cyclical Wellbeing. Womxn are gifted self knowing deeply through Cycle Awareness and Sahara is passionate in sharing and supporting womxn to know and practice this. She is honoured to work with premenstrual girls, introducing them to a wholistic view of blossoming into womanhood and cyclical life.
