Join Natasha (Clinical Hypnotherapist) and 6 others in a guided hypnotherapy group session to meet your own unique spirit guides and tap into their wisdom and guidance for you.

In this session you will be in a beautiful supportive space, laying down or sitting, drinking tea, writing affirmations and being taken on a guided Hypnotherapy session to meet your spirit guides.

Herbal tea/water, yoga mat, blankets cushion, pens and paper provided. You are welcome to bring you own also.

ABOUT NATASHA: Natasha has an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP. By combining her skills and compassion, she aims to help every client move through negative aspects of their lives and live a much richer life.

ABOUT HYPNOTHERAPY: Hypnotherapy is a very effective healing modality in which mindfulness and hypnosis are used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility. Positive suggestions and guided imagery are used to help clients deal with a variety of emotional and physical issues.
