Meetings 101

Monthly meetings are when and where the Committee should be doing its most important work. The structure and processes of these meetings can make or break a Club. This module is all about making your meetings effective, inclusive, satisfying, productive and legally compliant. The module will also ensure that you understand your committee’s legal responsibilities for General and Annual General meetings.

Making the most of the different views, skills and experiences around the table
Formal meeting procedures (including Points of Order)
What Minutes should include and exclude
Dealing with unacceptable behaviour
Difference between Committee and Subcommittee meetings
