Your Friday evening plans just got a little more wholesome! 🥹🌅

Join Meet Me On The Mat Pilates x Let Yourself Flow for an evening of feel-good movement, ocean views and good company in Scarbs!

We’re bringing you the best of both worlds! We’ll start with Pilates to get the body moving, followed by a gentle yoga flow to stretch, release tension and unwind after the week.

What to expect:

30 minutes of feel-good Pilates
30 minutes of gentle yoga
Time to relax, connect and watch the sunset together

Whether you’re coming with a friend, your partner or joining us solo, everyone is welcome! No Pilates or yoga experience needed.

Time for you, some feel-good movement, fresh ocean air and good vibes! What better way to start your weekend?

🚗 Please allow yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot, as the area can get busy. We recommend aiming to arrive 10 minutes early so you can get settled and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed!

We can’t wait to share this beautiful evening with you! 🌅
