Celebrate Melbourne Cup Day in style with a three-course luncheon at Thynk Café + Bar.

Your ticket includes a glass of sparkling wine or a house schooner on arrival, plus all the excitement live on the big screen from 12pm.

Starters (choose one)

  • Mushroom Truffle Arancini (V) – Risotto balls with mixed mushrooms, truffle and parmesan, served with truffle aioli

  • Smoked Salmon Carpaccio – With horseradish, mascarpone cream, pomegranate and red radish

  • Tomato Bruschetta (VE) – Tomato, red onion, balsamic reduction, basil and olive oil on sourdough

Mains (choose one)

  • Chicken Supreme – With mashed potatoes, broccolini, garlic and herb butter

  • Linguini Marinara – Squid, clams and prawns in rich Napoletana sauce

  • Pesto Pasta (V) – With cherry tomatoes, black olives, red peppers, toasted pinenuts, spinach and parmesan
