Melbourne Business Women Australia Lunch & Learn: Leadership in the Age of AI

Is Leadership Losing Its Voice in the Age of AI?

AI is accelerating fast… but human leadership is still our greatest edge.

Join Business Women Australia members and guests for an interactive, boardroom Lunch & Learn in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD — designed for women in business and leadership, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

Explore how we can lead with AI, not against it.

What to Expect

We’ll kick off with some key insights and an interactive, confidential roundtable discussion, led by international leadership expert Jessica Schubert, Head of Leadership Development and Founder of Intact Teams.

Jessica will share the latest trends and research relating to the evolving intersection between leadership and AI, covering how artificial intelligence is transforming workplaces and decision-making, and why human-centred leadership has never been more vital.

This isn’t a panel or keynote. It’s a dynamic, peer-led conversation where every voice matters. Bring your insights, questions, and curiosity.
