    Event description

The city is filled with people doing good every day to build a sustainable future for Melburnians. These initiatives, big and small, are having positive impacts for generations to come.

Discover the innovative food ecosystem projects led by local organisations as we explore the transformative potential of collective action.

Hosted by Hilary McNevin, a panel of experts in sustainable production, hospitality and reusage offers a mix of perspectives from across the food life cycle. Hear from Kim Driver, head of sustainably sourced high-end greengrocer, Natoora; Ronni Kahn AO, founder of food rescue charity OzHarvest; Bridget Lansell, co-founder of sustainable seltzer start-up Wonki; Amanda Morgan, founder of social enterprise Fungi Solutions; and Quincy Malesovas, founder of experimental dining initiative Gruel.

Light snacks will be provided by Gruel and you can sample a beverage from Wonki.

Melbourne Conversations is presented by City of Melbourne in partnership with Fed Square.
