Melbourne Cup Day Lunch supporting Ballet Without Borders
Event description
This November, Ballet Without Borders invites you to an exclusive Melbourne Cup fundraising luncheon in Sydney - a day of elegance, style, and celebration in support of a truly meaningful cause.
We are delighted to have the private use of Gran Torino, the highly anticipated new dining destination from acclaimed chef Neil Perry, set in the heart of Double Bay.
Our guest list is strictly invitation-only - 100 of the committee’s most stylish, fun-loving friends, who are just as interested in the fashion and frivolity of racing (if not more!) as they are in the fillies.
On the day:
A Champagne welcome to start the celebrations
An exquisite Neil Perry menu, paired with exceptional wines
Large-screen TVs for those keen for a flutter
A charity Melbourne Cup sweep with luxury prizes
Awards for Best Dressed Male and Best Dressed Female
Dress Code: Birdcage Best (hats encouraged!)
There will be no long speeches, no hard fundraising - just a day of glamour, great company, and delicious food and wine. Every ticket includes a $100 donation that helps bring the joy of ballet to disadvantaged children who would otherwise never have the opportunity to experience it.
We can’t wait to see you there!
