She is affectionately known in the ecosystem as the “startup fairy” with her famous briefcase and fierce advocacy for critical thinking, and designing systems based on merit and capability and is currently a co-host for the growth cartel podcast and another one in the works!


Deepak Singh
 is recognised as one of Culture Amp’s Top 25 Emerging Culture Creators, on HRD's Hotlist of The Best HR Leaders in 2024 and an Excellence Awardee for the Australian HR Manager of the Year at the Australian HR Awards. His teams have also been recognised as some of the most innovative HR teams in 2022 and 2024.
