About APOC (Australian Professionals of Multicultural Community)

APOC is a national not-for-profit community supporting multicultural and migrant professionals to grow, lead, and thrive in Australian workplaces.

Founded during the pandemic, APOC was created to address a gap many professionals experience quietly — feeling capable and committed, yet unseen, unheard, or unsure how to fully step into leadership while staying true to who they are.

We believe leadership is stronger when it reflects lived experience, cultural identity, and diverse perspectives.

Through our events, programs, and community, we create spaces that are:

Safe, inclusive, and grounded in real stories
Focused on confidence, presence, and influence
Designed to support growth without assimilation

What We Do

Leadership development programs (including Invisible to Influential)
Learning sessions and workshops on confidence, visibility, and influence
Networking and community events across Australia
Recognition and celebration of inclusive leaders and organisations

APOC Membership
