What Others Are Saying:

“INSPIRING. Very thought-provoking. Challenged my thinking on what I thought I wanted (in a good way). Very evident that Fred has a huge amount of knowledge & experience which has been thoroughly thought through. Loved the props to show construction. Very useful to be able to evaluate Tiny House Builder's offerings to buy (much more informed).
~Corrinne, Financial Counsellor. Melbourne, May 2026

“An engaging and very thorough introduction to Tiny House Vehicles - a great balance of technical information with explanatory stories and case studies. Fred was very generous and open - fantastic.”
~Helen Day, Urban Designer. Melbourne May 2026

“Amazing Workshop! Such an incredible wealth of knowledge and resources. It's a big two days with a lot of information, but having the slides printed to take home and the rest of the online resources, allowed for lots of info without it being overwhelming. Fred was also very patient with our questions and engaging in his explanations. Lots of laughs despite the dry topic of building! Thanks heaps.”
~Schayla. Dancer. Melbourne May 2026

“Glad to have people like Fred who are obsessive about detail and optimisation also have a tenacious scientific mind, so I can benefit from all this incredible content!! I would not have stood a chance. It was well organised, engaging, excellent detail feeling very grateful for the info and support. Feel very prepared now. So practical.”

“Attending the tiny home workshop with Fred’s Tiny Homes was an incredibly valuable experience. Fred’s deep knowledge, passion and genuine commitment to ethical building really stood out. He took the time to explain every aspect of the tiny home journey-from design to legal considerations and practical building tips…making complex topics easy to understand.
I walked away feeling informed and much more confident about pursuing my own tiny home business. I highly recommend Fred’s workshops to anyone considering this lifestyle change, even if you are not going to attempt the build, you need this knowledge.”
~Jason O’Neill. Builder. May 2025

“Fred is passionate about tiny house building, and that's infectious. This course has really helped me clarify what I would like to build. At a time when buying a full sized house is out of reach… I'm excited and feeling empowered. There's a lot of info online… And also a lot of mixed messages! I wanted to attend a workshop with someone who had a lot of experience and ethics.”
