Melbourne Long Lunch Roundtable: Lessons in the Boardroom

Join Lyn Hawkins, National Director of BWA, with special guest Andrea Durrant. CEO and Managing Partner at BoardsGlobal, for a fireside chat where they share key insights and experiences about Boardroom agendas, Board roles, and pathways.

The agenda will include:

Challenges and opportunities facing women on boards and in decision-making committees.
Connection Initiatives - how to identify opportunities, people, and pathways.
Knowledge and Skills - what are Boards looking for?
Board Issues - what are Directors dealing with?
Roundtable Discussion - a brain trust peer group where everyone is heard.

This is an opportunity to connect and contribute to a powerful Roundtable conversation, ask and share with experienced and emerging women keen to be effective in the Boardroom - including Partnerships, Directorships and Committee roles, Private business, Family Business, Purpose Advisory Boards, and NFP Boards.

Register and join the conversation over a delicious lunch and refreshments, provide your input, and be part of the growth of the BWA's national collective. We are Australia's fastest-growing national, cross-sector community of female leaders who are committed to the greater good.

If effective Boards and Boardroom decision making drives your purpose or piques your interest, whether in the NFP, private, or public sector, or if you aspire for a Board role, we would love you to join us. BWA is a non-competing, supportive enterprise with a desire to see all businesswomen achieve success in business and life.
