This immersive, hands-on experience will take place in Sydney on Saturday, 30th November, and Melbourne on Saturday, 7th December.

What to Expect:

Introduction to Mineralization: Learn the science behind post-brew mineralization and how specific ions impact coffee flavour.
Mineral Exploration: Get hands-on experience with a variety of minerals as you explore their effects on flavours.
Interactive Group Challenges: Working in pairs, participate in engaging games and activities to deepen your understanding of how different minerals influence coffee profiles.
Batch Brew Workshop: Using a neutral, mineral-free coffee base, experiment with different mineral combinations to create the best expressions of three unique coffees. Aim to achieve specific flavour profiles, such as:

- Least acidic
- Sweetest
- Heaviest
Water Recipe Competition: Conclude with an exciting challenge using a high-end competition coffee to create the ultimate water recipe. Compete to see who can craft the most balanced and flavourful cup!
