Description

Representation, visibility and support networks matter. When we feel safe to speak to new people, when we share meaningful conversations, and bond over shared experiences, we are closer to creating an ongoing, authentic community for our professional lives.

Women in Media Victoria and the ABC’s Gender Equity Network are delighted to present a networking evening that promises a room full of fascinating, potential future work friends for you.

Please join us for a night of making powerful connections in a safe space.

Our evening will be opened by special guest Myf Warhurst, followed by structured (and fun!) networking designed to help you meet others working in media, marketing, and communications, and spark conversations that continue beyond the room.

Whether you are an extrovert who never feels short of small talk inspiration, or more likely to admire the plants than speak about your CV, we guarantee you will leave feeling more confident and knowing more people.

Food and beverages provided. We are committed to creating an inclusive space: all sexualities, genders, and cultures are welcome.

Please note that there is good access to this venue space but we may need to provide additional directions to wheelchair users. If you have any questions regarding access please contact victoria@womeninmedia.com.au
