Our NEST team in Melbourne will be running a free 5-week program at our OzHarvest kitchen, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

Led by our friendly Nutritionist Stephanie, you’ll learn how to cook easy, tasty and affordable meals as well as build on your food and nutrition knowledge and meet new friends in 5 fun, hands-on 2.5 hour group sessions.

At NEST, you'll learn:

- New cooking tips and tricks

- How to understand food labels

- How to save money on your food budget

- How to plan meals to reduce food waste

- How to store food safely

This free 5-week program will be running on Thursday afternoons from 1:00pm to 3:30pm, starting on 6th February and finishing on 6th March, 2025.

At the completion of the program, you'll receive a certificate, take-home resources and your own copy of the OzHarvest Everyday Cookbook!

*By registering for this NEST program, you will be signed up to all 5 sessions. Please ensure you are available to attend all 5 sessions.

This program is tailored for people 18+ years. Bookings are essential and will be capped at 15 people.
