More connective, more ecstatic? It can be.

Eve X has been working with Tantric philosophy and practise for seven years. She'll be offering an overview of Tantra, NeoTantra and the bountiful array of possibilities for soulful sex, before guiding participants through a few simple, foundational practises.

As well as Tantric philosophy, this workshop will also be framed within a political lens: decolonising sexuality and respectful engagement with traditional praxis.

Experience Level: Foundations. Suitable for absolute beginners or experienced explorers seeking a gentle space, or perhaps a new perspective on their practise.

Engagement Level: Some partnered exercises will be offered. These will not be touch based, and will be structured such that participants can engage as a solo activity. Participants will remain clothed (scantiness is fine!)

WHEN? 2pm-5pm Saturday 25th of October

WHERE? VICTORIA / Private Preston venue close to PT, exact address provided to ticket holders the day before the event with details of parking and transport. 

ACCESSIBILITY: There is one step up to get to the workshop space, clear path all the way!

OUR TICKETING STRUCTURE

We have added a pay-what-you-can/want ticket - to help support the community and those who may not be able to afford the full price ticket of $80, this is an option where you can pay what you can from $50. There is no upper limit on this ticket, so if you feel like subsidising those who purchase 'lower priced tickets, or giving a little extra to the facilitator to support us, this is your option! 

We believe in both accessibility for the community, as well as making sure our facilitators are paid appropriately for their erotic / intellectual labours, so this is our solution to hold space for both with a minimum of fuss!

ABOUT EVE X

Eve X is a sexuality educator, pleasure activist and erotic artist with a background in academia and a passion for food, sex, knowledge and nature. Founder of the Australian School of Sexuality and Sacred Primal Arts, Eve has held or hosted hundreds of sex education spaces. She is the curator of the Australian School of Sexuality Festival (ASSFest) and affiliated Erotic Arts Festival.

Eve is an established aerial shibari artist, creating multimodal ritual theatre with life partner Sai Jaiden Lillith as Infernal Desire Machine regularly in Melbourne and Sydney. Eve and Sai are also respected artporn directors, with Canto V films regularly screening at film festivals globally.

Eve lives, creates, and holds events in both Melbourne and Sydney, and is co-owner of A Space in Sydney.
