Melbourne Pasifika Festival 2023 STALL Registration payment

Thank you for registering as a stall holder for the 2023 Melbourne Pasifika Festival. We will do our best to support your business and help advertise your business on social media. We are honoured to have you with us to create a wonderful experience for your family, friends, and the wider Australian community. 

Based on the stall / food truck dimensions that you listed in your initial registration, we will let you know ahead of time your stall location, where to park your vehicle and how to access the park area to set up your stall. 

PROGRAM:

🎉 STALL SET-UP:
🔹 Stalls set-up FROM 9:30am. No van or car access AFTER 11:00am 
🔹 Stalls need to be ready to go by 12pm

🏃‍♂️ RUGBY CLINIC:
🔹 10am: Check in and registration
🔹 10:30am: Kids Clinic
🔹 11am: Teens Clinic

🏃‍♂️ CHARITY WALK:
🔹 11am: Check in and registration
🔹 11:30am: Walk Starts

4km circuit around Banjo Paterson Lake and the park. |  Duration - 45-60minutes.

🎉 FESTIVAL:
🔹 Stalls Open: 12pm
🔹 Opening Ceremony: 1:00pm
🔹 Pasifika Cultural Performances: 2:00pm
🔹 Live Band: playing throughout the day & from 5:30pm
🔹 Conclusion: 7:30pm

Your stall payment will be used to support WFWP Global Development & Aid projects within the Pacific Islands. These projects empower local women by providing them with opportunities to gain university education, employment, and the skills necessary to support their families financially.
