How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Thank you for registering as a stallholder for the 2025 Melbourne Pasifika Festival. We’re excited to support and promote your business through our social media channels, and we're honoured to have you join us in creating a vibrant, family-friendly celebration for the wider Australian community.

Food stalls will be located at the end of River Redgum Place, while merchandise stalls will be set up within the park.

NO ELECTRICITY available.

ALCOHOL & DRUG FREE event, including Kava.

Stall holders MUST take their garbage out of the park, NO dumping garbage in park bins.

🎉 STALL SET-UP:
🔹 Stall set-up FROM 7:30am. No van or car access AFTER 10:00am 
🔹 Stalls need to be ready to go by 10-11am

No vehicles permitted to remain on the Park grounds after 10am - Council regulation.

Pack down after 7pm. From 7pm vehicles gain access to the park grounds.

NO PEGS permitted into the Park surface - Council regulation. Use weights to hold down marquees.

🏃‍♂️ RUGBY CLINICS:
🔹 10am: Clinics check in and registration
🔹 10:30am: Kids Clinic
🔹 11am: Teens Clinic

🏃‍♂️ CHARITY WALK:
🔹 10am: Check in and registration
🔹 10:30am: Walk Starts

4km circuit around Banjo Paterson Lake and the park. |  Duration - 45-60minutes.

🎉 FESTIVAL:
🔹 Stalls OPENS: 10pm
🔹 Opening Ceremony: 12:00pm
🔹 Pasifika Cultural Performances: 1:00pm
🔹 Live Band: from 5:00pm
🔹 Festival CLOSES: 7:00pm

Your stall payment supports WFWP Global Development, Aid & Service projects in the Pacific Islands, empowering local women access education, employment, and skills to support their families.
