Join Dan for our next Social Walk as we head to the west to enjoy the the beautiful Maribyrnong River Trail!

Our Social Walks are a great way to get outside, get your body moving and make some amazing new friends along the way!

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Maribyrnong River Trail is a fun and easy hike for beginners and newbies!

The Track is an approximate 10km loop that traverses both sides of the Maribyrnong River and should take about 3 hours to complete depending on our pace.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome to this event.

The Maribyrnong River trail is fantastic walk in inner Melbourne and has both some amazing and historical highlights along the way including Pipemakers Park, the Old Armory and Jack's Magazine as well as some great bridges and even the Flemington Racecourse!

START TIME AND MEET LOCATION

Meeting Location: Pipemakers Park Maribyrnong (Parking Available)

Meeting Time: Arrive between 10:00-10:20am for a 10:30 Departure.

Parking: There is parking at the Pipemakers Park.

WHAT TO BRING

- Water (at least 1-2L)

- Snack food for the hike

- Money for a coffee/food along the way or afterwards.

WHAT TO WEAR

- Comfortable Walking Shoes

- Comfortable Weather Suitable Clothing (check weather the night before).

- Hat / Sunglasses & Sun Protection

FINISH

The Hike should take around 3 hours with small breaks to enjoy some sightseeing and we will finish back where we started.
