The Inkers, your next skilled workforce
Description
Hosted across Konica Minolta showrooms, The Inkers – Make your Mark, program is conducting a national roadshow to build your toolkit for the next generation of talent. These events are designed for business owners, leaders and managers who want to future-proof their workforce.
Delivered by the Visual Media Association, these sessions bring the industry together to address the challenges businesses are facing right now - an ageing workforce, low apprentice attraction and limited access to skilled labour. The sessions will explore practical ways to attract, develop and retain the next generation of talent.
You’ll hear directly from business leaders about what’s working in their organisations to support trainees, apprentices and early-career team members through mentoring, skills development and workplace culture. You’ll also hear from emerging talent about what they’re looking for in an employer, giving you real insight into how to position your business as an employer of choice.
This is a chance to learn from peers, share ideas and walk away with practical strategies you can apply in your own business to build capability, improve retention and strengthen your talent pipeline. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and experience the latest print technology solutions in Konica Minolta’s showrooms.
These events aren’t only for business owners, these events are for your early-career professionals in your business to come along and begin their networking journey.
