In this four week course you'll learn Somatic Movement techniques to rebalance your body's energy flow, promoting mental clarity and harmony.
The course will cover aspects to:
- nervous system regulation
- sensory-rich movement
- experiential meditation
- diaphragmatic breathwork
- art therapy
- tactile touch
- body-mind connection
- somatic release

What you need to know:
- This course has been created with the adult community in mind.
- You will be required to sign a disclosure & consent form if you have not already.
- It promotes inclusive practices for all bodies and identities.
- Please bring a water bottle and wear something comfortable to move in.
