This is the first in a series of exploratory spaces.

Dissolving the construct. Dropping the masks.

Beneath, we find the body. Need, hunger, desire.

This vital part of self subjugated by the chains of mind.

Of modern, rational, technological, earth killing society.

It’s really quite simple, beneath the complexity.

Reconnecting to body is reconnecting to land.

To what is actually important for our survival and happiness.

Come. Shed your human skin.

THEMES

Volume One of Wyldling is designed for AFAB individuals. It is designed to deconstruct developmental social conditioning around expectations of femininity.

Alternative iterations of this space exploring alternate gender frameworks will be forthcoming.

Content Warning: Potential themes of menstruation, birth, violence, death and rage. Potentially challenging conversations and explorations of essentialism/polarity/genderfuckery.

Trauma: I encourage radical self responsibility. As such I hope that all participants will strongly consider whether this space is suitable for them. HOWEVER I also strive to create gentle and supportive spaces. Whilst this workshop MAY touch on some challenging topics, it is fundamentally an exploration of play and simple pleasures, with a strong emphasis on grounding.

Workshop Content: Each Wyldling will have a unique format dependent on composition of the group and mood of the day. There will almost certainly be share circles, dancing, and both solo and partnered activities. 

Equipment: Bring a water bottle, something cosy for comfort and something that makes you feel FIERCE.

Experience: For all explorers, irregardless of age, body, orientation, cultural background or experience level.
