Melburners AGM 2022

We welcome all members new and old and the burner community at large to join the Melburners Committee for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) this July. We'd love to show you what we've been working on the past year, celebrate all we've achieved, and vote in a new committee.

Come from 6.30pm with the AGM kicking off at 7.30pm.

We will be providing further details including access to the Financial Report, Annual Report and the Wonderland post-event brief to those who register attendance via humanitix a week before the meeting. 

Kepler's Yard will be hosting us for the evening, they don't have any in-house food options, however attendees are welcome to order food to the venue using your preferred meal delivery app, as well as BYO dinner. We'll have disposable plates and cutlery available for use.

There will be the option of online attendance however our strong preference is to see your shining faces in person.

Become a Committee Member

Melburners is looking for people to join our team as Committee Members! We're looking for dedicated burners, burn-curious and go-getters to join our ranks. Get in touch with Leigh McKinnon, the Melburners FB page or email melburndecompression@gmail.com to discuss what sort of commitment is involved and find out how you can get involved. You will need to attend the AGM in person, online or by proxy (for pre-existing members) in order to be considered.

All positions become vacant at the AGM and available for nomination: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, General Committee Members
