“It’s time to forget about time.”

We aren’t meant to live with this level of modern mental pressure. Join us from November 1st to 4th for the Mellow Midweek Haven, a 3-night, all-inclusive wellness retreat designed to help you reverse the effects of modern living and reclaim your inner peace.

Hosted at the serene Zensi Retreat in the beautiful Mudgee Region, this is your opportunity to step away from the noise and do exactly what you need. Join our pared-back itinerary if you want to, sleep in if you feel like it, and take the time to truly reset.

What to Expect

Total Freedom: A relaxed, pressure-free schedule where you dictate your own pace.
Unlimited Wellness: Full access to our premium wellness facilities throughout your stay.
Intimate Connection: With only 6 spots available, experience a deeply personal, distraction-free environment.
Solo Sanctuaries: Enjoy the rare luxury of guaranteed solo rooms, featuring king beds or king singles in our beautiful glamping teepees.

Your Facilitator

You will be guided by our Co-founder, Ruby—a holistic practitioner, soul enthusiast, and creative. Her foundations are deeply rooted in Zen philosophy and embodiment modalities, learned through both dedicated study and her own journey of intentional living. Ruby is deeply passionate about supporting you in returning home to yourself.

Nourishment
