Melt & Restore ~ Yin + Sound Medicine Journey with Justine

Join us in sacred space drop into a down regulated state through a journey of yin yoga, pranayama & sound healing, where then the intelligence of the body can melt + restore, rest & digest.

This session is for any & everyone.

Where: Movement Remedies - 8 Gurwood Street, Wagga

When: Wednesday 20th October - 7pm - 8:30pm

Cost: $40 which can be paid via funds transfer or Humanitix 

Bookings essential as spaces are limited.
