ABOUT MELT

When we lived in more communal surroundings, connection through platonic touch was normal. These days its not uncommon to be so isolated and devoid of touch that we don't realise how much we actually NEED physical connection. Touch is a basic human need and when offered safely is deeply calming and soothing on our nervous systems - inviting us back into homeostasis.

Cuddle puddles are a space to give and receive touch that is fully clothed, platonic, non sexual and has no agenda. Unlike many interactions that can be offered in a sexual relationship, this kind of touch has an innate quality that goes beyond what words can describe. When fully realised, a cuddle puddle can be so nourishing that it elicits very high levels of oxytocin resulting in a state of complete BLISS.

MELT is all about going slow enough that we truly come back home into our own body. You are invited to explore an evening of conscious clothes on connection that invites the mind to still and the body to relax. Come and enjoy a soft and gently guided space that culminates in a luscious melting cuddle puddle of gooey relaxation.

THIS is a fully clothed offering. There will be no nudity or genital touch. The intention of MELT is to create a space of total relaxation and safety through platonic nurturing connection.

For over 20 years Bree has been deeply immersed in the personal development field of psychosomatics, trauma, mindset and human relationships. Her areas of expertise include Embodiment, Relationships + Tantric Intimacy offered through 1on1 sessions and group workshops.

Bree draws on her training as a trauma informed Clinical Hypnotherapist complemented with teachings of the Kashmiri lineage - using embodiment as a lens to self guided healing.
