As the end of the year approaches, let us all take a collective breath together to slow down, snuggle, connect and be there as comfort for each others nervous systems.

ABOUT MELT

When we lived in more communal surroundings, connection through platonic touch was normal. These days its not uncommon to be so isolated and devoid of touch that we don't realise how much we actually NEED physical connection. Touch is a basic human need and when offered safely is deeply calming and soothing on our nervous systems - inviting us back into homeostasis.

MELT is all about going slow enough that we truly come back home into our own body. You are invited to explore an evening of conscious clothes on connection that invites the mind to still and the body to relax. Come and enjoy a soft and gently guided space that culminates in a luscious melting cuddle puddle of gooey relaxation.

*** Cuddle puddles offer a space to give and receive touch that is fully clothed, platonic, non sexual. Unlike many touch based interactions that can be take place in a sexual relationship, this kind of comforting snuggly touch has an innately soothing quality that goes beyond what words can describe. A good cuddle puddle can be so nourishing that it elicits high levels of oxytocin resulting in a state of complete relaxation, comfort and BLISS.

Melt is a mixed gender event where both men and women can come together and share platonic touch that is safe, gentle and nurturing. Everyone will be fully clothed and there will be no sexual or erotic touch in this space. Safety is paramount for us all.

For over 20 years Bree has been deeply immersed in the personal development field of psychosomatics, trauma, mindset and human relationships. Her areas of expertise include Embodiment, Relationships + Tantric Intimacy offered through 1on1 sessions and group workshops.
