Head distiller Arnold Keuker, along with business partners Carlos Ortega and Pei-Onn Lee, have tirelessly established Peninsula Distilling, committed to supporting local businesses and adhering to a zero-waste policy. Their vision is for the brand to be cherished and embraced by the local community, with a goal of achieving 100% renewable energy at full production.
