Upcycle Newcastle (a project of Transition Newcastle Inc) saves textile waste from landfill through creative re-use and repair. As well as supporting our work, membership allows you to use our equipment and facilities at Shed 7D, 50 Clyde Street, Hamilton North, for $3/hour.

By becoming a member of Upcycle Newcastle you become a member of Transition Newcastle Inc and agree to support our aims to:

Promote environmental and social sustainability
Build strong, connected communities
Conserve the world’s finite resources and enhance the natural environment of Australia.
