    Ms. Zucker, Principle of VerbaCom® Executive Development, has been an executive consultant, course developer,

    corporate trainer, personal coach for 25 years. She brings her unique, dynamic style, to the public and private sectors

    with nationally offered courses and workshops such as: “Techniques for Effective Presentations & Public Speaking”;

    “Negotiating for Mutual Gain - A Collaborative Approach” (based on Harvard Research); and “Big Negotiations for

    Small Businesses.”



    She has been recognized for her leadership and excellence, nationally, in both public and private sectors, was nominated

    Dallas County Mediator of the Year for meritorious service and received Special U. S. Congressional Recognition for

    Outstanding Service to the Community.

    She currently serves as Vice-Chair to the Dallas County Alternative Dispute

    Resolution Advisory Board, (2011 to present), co-chairs the Texas Association of Mediators of N-TX She is also

    founder and principal of IN Mediation Services, Dallas, Texas, helping clients settle disputes for over 18 years.
