What’s Happening?

• Engaging Mini-Workshops: Choose from a selection of one-hour workshops led by experienced facilitators, designed to help men navigate challenges such as mental health, separation and life transitions.

• Inspirational Talks: Hear from speakers about resilience, growth and the power of community.

• Community: Connect with the men who are leading the workshops as well as the men who are attending and striving for positive change in their life.

• Catered Lunch: Enjoy a complementary meal with other men who’re interested in doing the work to better themselves.

• Access to Resources: Access a comprehensive list of free or low-cost services, programs and support for men dealing with life’s challenges.

What is Men, Mates & Mentors?

Men, Mates & Mentors is a consortium of not-for-profit organisations, including Complete Men, Dads in Distress, Men’s Wellbeing, The Men’s Table, The Mankind Project and supported by Gold Coast Primary Health Network.

Who should attend?

This event is for men who may be facing isolation, grief, or other overwhelming experiences. By introducing attendees to peer support groups and showcasing inspiring stories of resilience, Men, Mates & Mentor’s Men’s Day creates a welcoming space to connect and explore what’s possible.

Whether you’re ready to dive into a new activity, or simply want to learn about the support available, this day is about meeting you where you’re at. With something for everyone, this is more than an event, it’s a movement towards connection and empowerment.
