Men of Cairns!

This group is all about bringing men together and reconnecting with nature. What better way to build a solid network than by challenging our minds and bodies on a hike?

🗓️ When: 5th January, 5:00 AM
📍 Where: Meet at the car park (message me if you'd like to carpool).
🚶‍♂️ Hike Details:

• Route: Lambs Head
• Distance: ~12km
• Duration: 4-6 hours
• What to Bring: 2L of water, lunch for the top, and a readiness to connect.

If time permits, we’ll host a sharing circle at the summit to create a safe space for men to share wins, challenges, and meaningful conversation.

I’m passionate about men’s mental health and creating spaces where men can feel supported and connected.
