An instinctual movement journey for Men tracking the mature masculine archetypes. Embody and access the full range of your masculine energy.
Held as a 4 round embodiment ritual for men to re-calibrate and renew full authentic energy.
A wild and sweaty guided journey with global shamanic drumming music.
Opening with a traditional smoking ceremony onto country led by Coedie Mcarthy (Gindahjah). Please arrive on time or early.
Whether your current physical outlets are surfing, sport, gym, martial arts, dance, walking or whether you haven’t been physical for ages you will love this experience.

About the Facilitator
Hamilton Barnett is a facilitator, music producer, DJ (Dancing Tiger), husband, Father & Grandfather. He tours festivals around the world as one half of international music act Deya Dova. Hamilton combines 12 years of leading Men’s processes with 15 years of facilitating authentic free movement to create this unique embodiment workshop.
