Would you feel more comfortable expressing yourself and exploring breathwork if it was a men's only event? 

Are you keen to talk about real shit, show up for yourself, and hear authentically from other men about what they're experiencing?

Do you feel drawn to an event where you can be yourself, without the fear of being judged? 

Then this special small group experience is your chance to roll up your sleeves with men of all backgrounds to share, connect and breathe through it all together, and have some fun along the way. 

The truth is, you deserve to feel, to be seen, and to be heard in your full authenticity. 

Led by Breathwork Facilitator duo (and partners in life) Casey Aubin and Rob Symes, offer you chance to be held in both the masculine and feminine energies in a non-judgemental, supportive environment. 

Here you do not need to hold to the standards of society of what it means to be a man, but rather to simply come along exactly as you are. 

You can partake in as much or as little of the evening as you like. 

🌿 Dedicated time for sharing and speaking openly with other men, for those that want to. 

🌿 Extended 1.5 hour men's group breathwork experience, using energising conscious connected breathing, and includes time for integration.

Breathwork is an extremely powerful modality that allows us to get out of our thinking mind and into the body. When we begin to consciously use the breath to change our state and therefore influence the messages being sent along our nervous system, worlds previously closed to us begin to open, and expansion happens. 

It's the practice of using the breath consciously as a tool, to increase awareness and to alter our state physically, mentally and emotionally, for more optimal living.

After all, what would life be without the breath? 

A longer breathwork journey can help: 

  • Create greater nervous system regulation and capacity
  • Improve mood, self-esteem and physical/mental calm and ease
  • Combat overthinking, anxiety and overwhelm
  • Switch off the thinking mind and access more meditative states

  • Help you feel connected again to other humans 

Creating supportive spaces for men to come together and share in a meaningful way, is at the heart of everything Regulate Your State stands for. 

The mental health of the men in our community matter, and it's time for us to hold them in our community.

The entire breathwork journey will be guided with the eyes closed. This means you'll stay in your own experience while also having the support of others on their own journey around you. We will guide you every step of the way.
