This intimate group is limited to only 4 spots, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for every man who joins.

What Is This About?

This is more than just a circle – it’s a sacred space for men to reconnect with themselves and others. Here, you’ll:

Share your challenges and experiences without fear of judgment.
Learn to hold space for others with compassion and presence.
Dive deep into a breathwork journey designed to help you process and release what no longer serves you.

Together, we’ll explore the power of brotherhood, vulnerability, and emotional release through Conscious Connected Breathwork with Facilitated Breath Repatterning.

What to Expect:

A warm introduction and grounding exercise to settle in.
A safe, confidential sharing circle.
A 60–80 minute trauma-release breathwork journey, guided by a facilitator, to release stored emotions and trauma and reconnect with your inner strength.

This is for men who want to:

Connect with like-minded men.

Drop out of the noise of the mind and into their bodies.
Open their hearts and let go of past pain.
Build emotional resilience and embrace personal growth.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing.

A water bottle.
Optional: A journal for reflection or personal comfort items like crystals. A light blanket.

(pillows, mats and bolsters are provided)

Important Details:

Arrive Early: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before 7:00 PM. Doors close promptly at 7:00 PM.
Pre-Session Care: Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or drugs 4 hours prior. Prescription medications should be taken as advised by your healthcare provider.
Open to men aged 18+.
