Event description

This men's breathwork session is a space overlooking the ocean for men to gather connect, get in touch with body and emotions via the breath and go deeper into masculine nature.

Move into the sincerity at the heart of each man and deepen into that.

We have two sessions 16th and 23rd June at 1pm-2pm.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on.

Sessions are free, however donations are welcome.

Breathwork is a love for me. I came into it as a high energy person. I didn’t know how to calm down and stop doing things, so 12 years ago I found the breath was the only way for me to focus on something stable within me. It felt like I discovered a treasure.
Last year I got into a construction project and after dealing with so many people I was shocked at how often the disregulation in peoples systems impacted the work and what a mess that made. So I decided I had to teach what I had discovered many years ago and became a breathwork practitioner early this year.

Here I am sharing what is the most intimate friend I have ever had, the breath.

I am also a superconscious coach, work with the energetics of the body with Light Codes™ and soon Kundalini activations.
