Join the Men’s Chat Circle!

In a world where our minds are always on the go, it's crucial to find a moment of stillness. On September 26th, we invite you to sit around the virtual campfire for a special "R U OK?" Day gathering.

What is the Men's Chat Circle? It's a space designed for men to come together, share, and discuss topics related to mental health and more. Here, we foster a safe and comfortable environment where conversations flow freely. Our primary goal? To create conversations that empower you to address ideas and issues that might be challenging to discuss elsewhere.

Best of all, this initiative is free, thanks to support from the Ravensthorpe Hopetoun Future Fund, and accessible online, making it convenient for everyone.

Meet Justin Knorpp, a Mental Health Advocate and Ambassador who's greatest qualification is his lived experience.

Join us in person or online and be part of this transformative journey towards better mental health. Together, we'll find strength in vulnerability and build connections that truly matter. Save the date – September 26th. It's time to take a moment for yourself, and we'll be there with open hearts to listen, share, and support one another. Work towards stronger and healthier mental health.
